Katy Hearn Challenge is great for someone who is looking to get fitness back, have some fun with the workouts, learn something about macronutrients and call it a day off. I’m pretty sure that you might’ve done at least some of these workouts before.

I expected much more, but it was a huge letdown, especially the Email support, I paid an extra $100 for that but it wasn’t the thing they promised, I never got a good experience, even if I got any replies, they were short and never got my answers, just felt like the communication should’ve been better. The support for Coached Participants was no help they just copy and paste the same thing in the handbook for all the participants, I came to know this from my friend who enrolled for the summer challenge, and it was just a carbon copy from what I got.
